Dear Service Ambassadors,

I hope you guys have had a fulfilling holiday break for the past month or so. Everyone is back at school now and getting prepared for projects and tests. While school has started, SA would not become quiet during the term. Rather, more events have been planned for SA and some even for the HTS students. Upcoming would be the recruitment drive. As the poster/banner design competition has ended, the ExCo has decided the designs from the 2 sole participants namely in Tan Mei Yan & Carol Siew to be taken into consideration for the recruitment drive and might even ask these 2 artistic individuals to combine forces and integrate their ideas into one. Their designs for the competition would be uploaded here soon. Do check them out.

As the days go by, once again, I would like to reiterate what Mr Lee has said before. Service Ambassadors was formed to be the frontline team of passionate students for TAS and TP. While we aim to achieve to be acknowledged and widely recognised for our feats in the H&T industry, we should accomplish what that has been given and assigned to us whenever we are called upon for, especially by the chefs. While they have helped us one way or another in some situations, we should nevertheless lend our helping hands whenever our skills and experience can be of some use. That is when and where we learn, enjoy and working hand-in-hand not only within our own organisation but also with the various parties. Thus, I do have an upcoming event, the Best Dish (Western Category) cooking competition, where help is needed for setup and being food runners. All I need from you all is just half a day on 4th November, which is a Saturday. Therefore, there should not be much of a direct clash with our academic assignments.

Service Ambassadors, it is time to show others what ATTITUDE we have in ourselves to be qualified to be an ambassador and uphold not only the name of SA, TAS or TP, but also our strengths in each individual of us. Do show your enthusiasm in participating for this event and let me know latest by 31st Ocober (next Tuesday). I would need 4 individuals in this helpout. Much appreciated.
